Nezuko has shown unusual resistance to demon weaknesses — her sun resistance is the most notable example. Whether she has developed resistance to wisteria poison is not confirmed in the manga. Most analyses assume she is vulnerable to wisteria like other demons, though her regeneration rate and Exploding Blood add complications to standard wisteria poison application.

Without her wisteria poison, Shinobu explicitly cannot kill demons — she lacks the physical strength to decapitate them, which is the conventional finishing method.
